Betty Mctaggart

December 23, 1932 — February 26, 2010

Betty Jean McTaggart, 77, passed away on Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, at the Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice. She was a native of Belmont, Mass., and resided here in Baton Rouge. She was a commercial artist by trade, but also enjoyed painting, drafting, and jewelry design. She is survived by a son, David McTaggart, and daughter, Liz McTaggart, both of Baton Rouge and by her family members in Massachusetts. She will be entombed at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Mausoleum, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday, March 2, at 2:30 pm
