Loving mother, grandmaw and sister went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 10, 2012, at The Carpenter House. She was 76, a resident of Baton Rouge and native of Plaquemine. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Monday, March 12, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a gospel reading at 7 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 13, from 9 a.m. until service at noon, conducted by Dr. Steve Foster. Burial at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by her mother, Mabel Fryoux three daughters, Donna Parent and husband Robert, and Melinda Street, of Baton Rouge, and Tammy Labbe and husband James, of Carencro two sons, Michael Deaton and wife Ace, of Baton Rouge and Afghanistan, and David Deaton and wife Sherry, of Watson four sisters, Cat Phillips, Judy Duhon and husband Eddie, Laurie Lambert and husband Ronnie, and Susie Anderson and husband Andy three brothers, Raymond Fryoux and wife Vicki, Gene Fryoux and wife Linda, and Larry Fryoux and wife Lorraine 11 grandchildren, Michael John, Ahline, Alice, Bill, Ray, Joshua, B.J., Alexis, Anna, Cody and R.J. 7 greatgrandchildren, Ray Ray, Madison, Bryce, Ella, Analiese, Macie and Bubba godchild, Marcy David and Laurie Lambert numerous nieces and nephews inlaws, Donald and Connie Deaton, Ursula Aubin, and Kathryn LeBlanc. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Hillary Arlen Deaton father, Raymond Fryoux and nephews, Andrew and Gene Jr. She loved fishing and was a wonderful caretaker of those she loved.
