Beaux Andrew Bailey left this world as a hero to join his Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 10, 2018. He was 36 years old residing in Denham Springs, LA with his loving wife Jana Schoonmaker Bailey and their five adored children, Cannon Andrew Bailey (7), Londyn Elizabeth Bailey (4), Olive Nicole Bailey (2), Cash Warren Foster (7) & Jett Franklin Foster (6). He was born in Baton Rouge, LA on January 22, 1982 as the oldest of two children to parents Mark and Debbie Bailey. He is survived by his best friend and brother-in-law Josh McCoy and sister Kelli McCoy, with whom he sustained a unique and loving bond throughout life. He also is survived by his nephews Cohen and Hudson McCoy, grandmother, Gloria Guidroz, grandfather, Clarence Bailey Jr., and numerous beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
Beaux enjoyed playing football and baseball for Live Oak Sports Association and went on to play baseball for Live Oak High School, where he graduated in 2000. He obtained a Bachelor degree in Business from LSU in 2004. He also attended the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He began his relationship with Jesus Christ at Amite Baptist Church, where he was baptized and became a committed member of the youth group. There, Beaux grew deep, faithful bonds with friends as they traveled the world doing missionary work. Together they planted and grew The Oaks Church in Denham Springs, where he pastored and shared his heart with many. Most recently, he and his family attended Istrouma Baptist Church in Baton Rouge. He was a local contractor who managed and owned a disaster recovery company.
You could never catch Beaux without a smile on his face- he found the silver lining in any situation. Above all else, Beaux was "the best dad ever", according to his children. He lived for every moment with his wife and kids.
Beaux would wish for you to have comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss your lips, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth, and love to complete your life.
Visiting hours will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 11-2pm. Until services at 2pm. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Guidroz, Dean Stewart, Bobby Moore, Eric Schoonmaker, Chase Muller, and Matt Hughes.
