Barbara Scaffin

Barbara Wheat Scaffin, age 70, native of Baton Rouge, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013. Barbara was a former employee of La Municipal Association and a CoOwner and Manager of Tiger Central. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Magnus M. and Clara Thompson Wheat. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, RJ Scaffin son, Chris Scaffin and his girlfriend, Somer Irwin and countless loved ones and friends. Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 20, from 5pm 8pm and will resume on Thursday, February 21 from 9am until funeral service at 11am. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Pallbearers will be Trey Jackson, Chris Vince, Michel Lastrapes, Glenn Hebert, Jeff Martrain and Eric Meliet. Honorary Pallbearers are Karl Meyer and Jimmy White.
