God called home our dearest Bailey Rachel on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. She is survived by her loving parents, Collin and Lauren Guidry twin brother, Cameron Christopher paternal grandparents, Nancy Davis and Richard Ashmore maternal grandparents, Dan and Dana Lewczyk aunts and uncles, Taryn Giles and husband Jared, Sara Moock and husband Ross, Kristin Rich and husband Kevin, and Taylor Guidry and wife Megan cousins, Madeline Cecile Rich and Parker Olivia Moock and greatgrandparents, Melda Guidry, and Stan and Theresa Lewczyk. Preceded in death by Rachel Davis, Cleveland Guidry, Alice Frazer, Janet Frazer and Ted Frazer.

We will forever miss your snuggles and your newly learned smiles. We know you will be watching over us, especially your little brother Cameron, with your sweet blue eyes.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Baileys life at First Presbyterian Church, 763 North Blvd., Baton Rouge, on Saturday, August 9, 2014. Visiting hours will be observed from 9:00 am until service time. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, conducted by Rev. Garrett Dawson and Rev. Harry Brown. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
