Audley Johnson

Passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2009, at his residence in Bossier City. He was 89 and a former resident of Baton Rouge. Mr. Johnson was a World War II veteran and a retired plant operator for Sun Oil Co. Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home chapel, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Saturday, June 13, from 10:30 a.m. until a service celebrating his life at 11:30 a.m., with the Rev. Preston Thompson officiating. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Ruby Stephens Johnson. Survived by his daughters, Jan Brouillette and husband Roy, of Bossier City, and Julie Jessie Johnson, of Baton Rouge; sister, Betty Jo Fuller, of Russellville, Ark.; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and a great-nephew.
