A World War II Army veteran, age 84, died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012. He was born in New Orleans and was a graduate of Loyola University. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, on Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 9 a.m. until service at noon. Burial at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Rosalie Anzalone Leto two daughters, Fran Leto Hodges and Jan Leto Zambito and husband Joe son, Mark Leto sister, Adele Crews and husband Bob two brothers, Alvin Leto and wife Delores, and Peter Leto and wife Betty beloved sisterinlaw, Connie Vander Haeghen six grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher, Ryan, Taylor, Andrew and Alexa. Preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Frances Leto sister, Josephine Chappetta and motherinlaw, Jennie Anzalone.
