Anne Crowell Wilson passed away October 27, 2024, in Baton Rouge, La., at the age of 81. She was surrounded by family. Anne was born Dec. 13, 1942 in Alexandria, La. She was a graduate of Bolton High School in Alexandria and Louisiana State University.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Marvin Wilson; and her parents, Allen Caleb Crowell and Sylvia Spengler Crowell.
She leaves behind four children and their spouses: Mark Bradford and Stephanie of Vail, CO, Leigh Bradford Ackerman and Gerard of Nashville, TN, Amy Bradford Kubricht and Trey of Baton Rouge, LA, and Beth Bradford Carroll and Clayton, also of Nashville. An adoring grandparent, “Annie” leaves behind seven loving grandchildren: Hallie and Matthew Bradford, Ava and Edward Ackerman, Addison and Campbell Carroll, and Faith Kubricht.
Anne is also remembered by her loving sisters and their families: Cynthia Crowell Troop, Alayne Crowell Kane and Sally Crowell Shafer.
Visitation will be held at St. James Episcopal Church, 205 N 4th St, Baton Rouge, LA, 70801, on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Services at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, La., 70816.
