Ann Virgillio

Ann Marie Reeves Virgillio passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015, at her home. Ann was sassy yet classy with a sparkle in her eye. She loved her family, traveling, and creating art with her hands and her voice. While working at Stauffer Chemical she met her best friend of 35 years, Freda Hopkins.

Ann is survived by her children, Marilyn Denton, Cyndi Virgillio and husband Gary Buser, Lee Virgillio, Gary Denton and wife LouAnn, Donita Denton, Diana Virgillio, Johna Jones and husband Bruce, and Quin Virgillio; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years Lou Virgillio, husband of five years John Denton, and daughter Liann Virgillio.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visiting hours will resume on Thursday, January 22, 2015, from 10:00 am until time of services at Broadmoor United Methodist Church, 10230 Mollylea Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70815.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at 11:00 am.

Pallbearers will be Gary Buser, Bruce Jones, Paul Miceli, Dale Denton, Christopher "Nino" Miceli, and Jamie Greening.

Interment will take place in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. In accordance with Ann's wishes, please wear bright colors to her funeral service.
