Ann Frances Stimac, retired from E.B.R.P. School Board and resident of Greenwell Springs, La., passed away at the age of 88 on Oct. 26, 2012. She was born in Helena, Alabama, the daughter of Henry Clay and Mabel Espey. A devoted and loving mother of four children, Charles Wayne Stimac and wife Kay, Lizz Ann Myrick and husband Larry, Cassandra Stimac and Bobby Taylor, and Jon Stimac and wife Mary. Family was the most important thing to her. She tirelessly devoted her love and time to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was also an avid fan of the Houston Astros and Atlanta Braves baseball. Her other passion was fishing. She was a fun person with a great sense of humor which will genuinely be missed by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by grandchildren, Jeremy Michael Wendt and Brooke Ashley Stimac. Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Monday from 12:30 p.m. until service at 2:30 p.m. conducted by Pastor Tony Hand. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd., following service.
