Anise Steen

Anise C. Steen, 89, resident of Baton Rouge and native of Jena, she died Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, at 8:35 a.m. at her home. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Wednesday, Jan. 18, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Jan. 19, from 8:30 a.m. until service at 10:30 a.m., conducted by Pastor Genny HoytOwens and Pastor Tom Higginbotham. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by her son, David Steen spiritual daughter, Deborah Langlois and numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Wilda Denham and two sons, James Michael Steen and William Lane Steen. Memorial donations can be made to Life Hospice, P.O. Box 295, Zachary, LA 70791.
