Angelo “Arthur” Arturo Corceone, age 48, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021. He was a hardworking, loving husband, a devoted father, and a friend to all.
Angelo was born on September 30, 1972, in Genoa, Italy. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York and Hutchinson, Kansas. He was a brilliant man who loved his family, his country, and the law.
He attended St. John’s Preparatory School in Astoria, Queens, New York and St. John’s Military School in Salina, Kansas. He graduated from Baton Rouge College and then went on to earn his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix.
He was a United States Air Force veteran and a Third-Year law student at Southern University Law Center.
Angelo is survived by his wife Tiffany Perkins Corceone of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, daughters Valensia Corceone and Gabriella Corceone of Pensacola, Florida, his sisters Irene Yoder and Betty Lebold of Hutchinson Kansas, his sister Carol Nisly of Altamont, Kansas, his brother Jerry Yoder of Grantsville, Maryland, his father Crist Yoder of Hutchinson, Kansas, and a host of relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother Elnora Mae Yoder, brothers Marvin, Delmar, and Daniel, and sister-in-law Ruth Yoder.
Visiting hours will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, from 5 PM until 8 PM.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Louisiana National Cemetery, 303 W. Mount Pleasant Road, Zachary, Louisiana 70791.
