Allyson Marie Underhill, age 65, a resident of Baton Rouge, La, found peace in her death on July 30, 2019 surrounded by a loving family.
Allyson was born on May 6, 1954 in Baton Rouge, La. She was a graduate of Baker High School and worked as manager and accountant in the family business, Stage One, until retirement. She loved to play cards, cuddle the babies that surrounded her, but her most cherished gift shared was her crocheted prayer blankets for the children in her life.
Many would say chicken and dumplings was her signature dish and worth the visit...
Allyson is survived by her daughter Rachel Achord, her granddaughter Madison Marie & husband Noah West and expected great grandchild ,Remi Jade West. She leaves a void in her family leaving behind her father Wallace Rivett Jr. along with several siblings and their spouses, numerous nephews and nieces.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Harold Underhill, her mother, Mary Gayle Rivett, and her grandparents.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to all the doctors and staff in ICU at Baton Rouge General who made her care priority.
Graveside service will be Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
