Alisha Kessler was a medical coding specialist for Go Physical Therapy and a resident of Baton Rouge. She died at Touro Infirmary in New Orleans on Thursday, April 16, 2009. She is our angel watching over us. She was 24, born in Baton Rouge on April 23, 1984, and graduated from Central High School in 2002. She is survived by her parents Alison and Keith Kessler, of Central; grandfathers, Milton J. LeBlanc and Everette B. Kessler; aunts and uncles, Marcia and Kenneth Daigle, Melonie and Gary LaBauve, Jackie and John Wood, Pamela Fendlason, Mark and Toni Kessler; and cousins, Rochelle, Vanessa, Christian and Benjamin Daigle, Eugene LaBauve, Jeff and Jay Fendlason, Jessica and Rachel Kessler, Brian and Lacey Wood. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Ollie Mae LeBlanc and Maxine Kessler. Visitation at Resthaven Funeral Home on Monday, April 20, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 21, from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Graveside service to follow. Pallbearers will be Mark Kessler, Paul Ponsano, Eugene LaBauve, Jeff Fendlason, Jay Fendlason and Brian Wood. Honorary pallbearers are Kenneth Daigle and Gary LaBauve.
