Born June 12, 1928 in Baton Rouge, he passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2010. He was a loving and generous man always putting family first in his life. He is a graduate of Istrouma High School and LSU with a degree in Fine Arts. He was an Instructor in the fine Arts Department at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He served in the United States Air Force Secret Service for four years. He is survived by his loving sister Carol Beaucoudray, nephew Steve Beaucoudray, sisterinlaw Jerrie Beaucoudray and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Alden and Juanita Beaucoudray and brother Harold Beaucoudray, Pallbearers are Steve, Keith and Neil Beaucoudray, Bret and Blake Whitehead, Kevin Langlois and Honorary Pallbearer Joey Guilbeau. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 14, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home in Baton Rouge. Mass of Christian Burial to Follow at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Baton Rouge, Wednesday, September 15, at 10 am. Interment to follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Baton Rouge.
