Alan Frakes

An employee of Marshalls, he died Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, at his home in Denham Springs. He was 47 and a native of Alexandria. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday, Aug. 16, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by Dr. Bob Vincent. Survived by his wife, Tina Layhue Frakes father, Al Frakes mother, Pamela Ford motherinlaw, JoAnn Layhue fatherinlaw, Wayne Layhue two sons, Gabriel Alan Frakes and David Alan Frakes sister, Trish Barton and husband James sistersinlaw, Tammy Layhue Hariford and husband John, Carly Layhue, Brandy and husband Anthony Buckhalter, and Angie Layhue and numerous nieces and nephews and a greatniece. Preceded in death by a son, Joseph Alan Frakes maternal grandmother, Annie Lee Sitton and brotherinlaw, William Billy Layhue. Honorary pallbearers are James Barton, John Hariford, Anthony Buckhalter, Nick Barton, Laura Crochet and Nate Wells. Special thanks to his Marshalls family
