Agnes Becnel

A devoted mother, faithful wife and loyal friend it is Agnes time to rejoice in heaven as her eternal faith promises. She left us April 8, 2013 at the age of 88. She joined her husband, Albert Becnel, mother Agnes Gautreaux, father Victor Gautreaux, sister Verbie Gautreaux Porrier and brother Wilbert Gautreaux in their spiritual home. She is survived by her sister Argelie Kling and brothers J.V., Herman and Doyle Gautreaux. She will be missed by her children Michael Becnel and wife Mellie, Deborah Becnel Kelly and husband Dave, Mary Becnel Satterfeal and husband Neil, Jerri Becnel and husband David Lindenfeld her grandchildren Christopher Becnel, Justin Becnel, Jessica Becnel Bergeron and husband Chad, Angel Satterfeal Contine and husband Tad, Aimee Satterfeal Marino and husband Trey great grandchildren Peyton and Alexa Contine, Mason Bergeron and Karrigan Marino special family friends Mary Robert and her husband Jeff and son Taylor. Visiting will be at St George Catholic Church 7808 St. George Ave. Baton Rouge, La from 10:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that a donation be made in Agnes honor to the Employee Fund, St. Clare Manor 7435 Bishop Ott Baton Rouge, La 708068930, for their care and support.
