Adelyn Ammons

Adelyn Ellis Ammons gained her wings on September 24, 2016 at seven months and thirty days of age. Her favorites included a puppy rattle, squishy giraffe, biting, babbling "da da da", while her food choice was Gerber's apple-pear-banana and sweet potatoes. She had begun to scoot and just achieved the victorious cutting of the first tooth.

Adelyn is survived by her parents, Drew and Taylor Ammons, loving big brother, Aiden Lee Ammons; grandparents, Michael and Lynn Bienvenu, Todd and Michelle Dykes, Stephen and Janice Ammons; aunts and uncles, Brannan and Carrie Webb, Jonathan Nunez, Christopher Ammons; great grandparents, Robert and Jeanice Bennett, Marcia Bickham; godparents, Kathryn Curran and Paul Bienvenu. She is preceded in death by great aunt, Jennifer Lynn Fendley; great grandparents, Ellis Cedric and Mary Ammons, Harvey and JoAnn Bienvenu, Berry Slaven, John Bickham; great great grandparents, Charles Robert and Iris Burns.

Visitation will take place at Resthaven Funeral Home 11817 Jefferson Highway Baton Rouge on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Services will begin at 2:00 p.m., and burial will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations are accepted at https://gofundme.com/2r36kbzr
