I worked with Herb and many issues related to the Railroad industry. He was a strong leader and always helpful to everyone. I remember a lunch on one of the railroad cars that he brought to Baton Rouge. He was a lobbyist of the highest moral character. He will me missed. We pray for the entire family.

Herb Duncan was a good man and an excellent professional in his conduct within all our activities representing the Louisiana Railroad Industry and establishing a Louisiana Railroad Association. He had a comfortable way of relating to people with honesty and credibility. I learned from his methods and was proud to be associated with him
